Mixbus 32c linux license#
I downloaded the Linux version 7.0 of Mixbus 32c which I have the license and use v7.2 with no problems on my main production MAC machine. My issue is actually on my laptop that uses linux v7.0. I have Reaper also and have issues with that also, but that's another forum LOL. I do have audio natively and use it for standard audio purposes to my headphone jack to an external speaker. The issue is when Mixbus 32c comes up to the project selection screen or session selection screen. Maybe if I know where MB is looking for VST's in Linux version I can maybe remove them to see if it helps? If I select an empty project with no template, it then gets to VST3 scan and takes a dump! Mixbus 32c linux code#
However I never claimed to be a code programing dude. All I really want is to get this DAW usable to do recording on site and maybe some mixing while on the road.ĪLSO! Sorry one more thing. I cannot get iLOK to work! I got tons of paid plugins that I use in my studio and while I can get the manager to open, I can't sign-in. ILOK does not support Linux, and they told me so. Mixbus provides professional-level features to import or record an unlimited number of audio tracks to your computer, edit them, and mix them together.

This won't work AFAIK.Īs a first you can start Mixbus from the command line with the -d option, which will disable all plugins. Mixbus32C is a full-featured Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) with 'True Analog Mixing': a combination of Harrison's world-renowned sound and features in an affordable, knob-per-function interface. This is definitly the worst copy protection I have ever seen! ILOK: You simply should not use plugins relying on ILOK. The plugin GUI works great on Linux with a Nvidia card and is sluggish on Linux with an Intel card (i915).
